Education/Teaching Background: After earning a BFA from Southern Illinois University in 2005, I started a public school art program in Benton Illinois, where I taught for two years. I spent the next five years traveling and working domestically and internationally, always in a teaching role. In Durango, Colorado I went back to teaching art in a traditional classroom for three years, before moving to the Pacific Northwest last summer.
